Thanks for shopping with us! We're sure you'll love your new Duniq as much as we do. If you're unhappy with your product for any reason, we will happily provide you with a store credit - ensuring the items meet all of the return requirements.

Return requirements

● Unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags, and in its original
packaging.
● No deodorant marks, makeup stains, fluff, pet hair, or odours.
● Returned within 14 days of delivery date.

If these requirements aren't met, your return won't be accepted.
Please note* all returns costs are to be covered by the customer.

Packages returned to us after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the
purchase, and are processed as below:
For Card Payments please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on
your statement.
